The Bill SB-110 will take over the Prop 39 Program!  The allocated funds from Prop 39 not claimed by February 26, 2018 will be transferred to the SB-110 Program.  The SB-110 Program will also have $75 Million that will go towards new EV or Retrofitting the Buses.  Most of the money will get allocated by the amount of students attending the school.
